Fairburn Consulting LLC partners with local and state agencies to provide utility rebate installs for the below items. We have also included some examples of how much money could be saved by switching out old items:

  • Toilets (100% free)- Old toilets use 3.5 gallons, new toilets (free rebates) use 1.2 gallons. If tenant flushes 4 times per day, that’s 3,358 gallons($67) per year. If you increase to 6 flushes, it’s 5,037 gallons ($101).
